Parenting Program Mentors
We are seeking caring, faith-driven volunteers to serve as mentors in our parenting program. Mentors walk alongside parents as a consistent source of encouragement, accountability, and support while helping facilitate lessons and group discussions.
Mentors help create a safe, welcoming environment where parents can grow in confidence, strengthen their parenting skills, and build a foundation of hope for their families. You don’t need all the answers—just a willing heart and a desire to invest in others.
Mentor Responsibilities:
Facilitate or co-facilitate parenting lessons
Encourage participation and open discussion
Build supportive, trusting relationships with parents
Offer consistent encouragement and accountability
Reflect Christ-centered values through service and compassion

Volunteer With Hope Outreach
We are looking for dependable, compassionate volunteers to support the daily operations of Hope Outreach through our Marketplace and general ministry areas. Volunteers play a key role in helping us serve individuals and families with dignity while keeping our spaces organized, welcoming, and functional.
Whether you’re serving regularly, occasionally, or completing required service hours, your time helps us provide practical support and hope to our community.
Volunteer Opportunities Include:
Sorting, tagging, and organizing donations
Stocking and maintaining the Marketplace floor
Assisting with customer service and guest support
Cleaning, organizing, and light maintenance tasks
Helping receive and process incoming donations
Supporting warehouse and storage organization
Assisting staff with daily ministry operations
We’re Looking for Volunteers Who Are:
Reliable and willing to serve with a positive attitude
Respectful and compassionate toward all people
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Willing to help wherever needed
No experience is required—just a willing heart and a desire to make a difference.

Court-Ordered Volunteer Program
Hope Outreach accepts approved court-ordered community service volunteers on a limited basis. Participants are expected to complete assigned tasks respectfully, follow all rules, and maintain a positive attitude while serving.
Requirements May Include:
Valid court paperwork upon arrival
Consistent attendance and punctuality
Appropriate clothing and behavior
Completion of assigned duties
Compliance with Hope Outreach policies and staff direction
Community Service Tasks May Include:
Donation sorting
Warehouse organization
Cleaning projects
Furniture moving
Grounds maintenance
Assisting staff with ministry operations
Hours are documented and verified upon successful completion of service requirements.
