Hope Outreach is one organization made up of multiple ministries that meet real needs in our community. Through practical support, mentorship, and life-changing services, we walk with individuals and families through every stage of their journey.
Our Mission
To minister the love of Jesus to our community for the purpose of empowering people toward responsible living.
Our Vision
A community that accepts people unconditionally and strives to model Christ’s love at the point of their greatest need.
Who is Hope Outreach?
Hope Outreach Ministries has been serving Garfield County, Oklahoma since 1991. For over 30 years, we have walked alongside individuals and families facing hardship, offering practical help, support, and the hope of Christ in real and tangible ways.
While our history is rooted in decades of service, our focus today is clear and forward-moving—building stronger systems of support, expanding our reach, and creating meaningful pathways for people to move toward stability and responsible living.
We believe lasting change happens when a community comes together. That’s why Hope Outreach continues to serve as a bridge between need and opportunity, connecting people with resources, relationships, and hope for a better future.
We meet people where they are in life, offering support that is practical, personal, and designed to help them take the next step forward.
Why It Matters
Our community is full of people with potential—but sometimes limited by circumstance. Hope Outreach exists to change that story. We don’t just respond to crisis; we invest in people, helping them rebuild, grow, and move forward with dignity and support.
Every program, volunteer, and partnership plays a part in creating that impact.
