COMMUNITY CARE & HOMELESS MINISTRY - DAY
CENTER
At the DAY CENTER the homeless are
provided with self improvement assistance.
We also help
with family emergencies through the Community Care
family services. This is ministry is Hope Outreach's
fundamental service for the community, by the community.
Faith Farm begins
their first harvest every May-June through horticultural therapy from the
volunteering of many organizations, as well as the Homeless & Community Care
