Hope Outreach was incorporated as a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit charitable community service organization in July of 1991.  It was established by a few citizens who funded it out of their own pockets to meet the urgent needs and to help those who have mismanaged their lives. Come join us and experience the fulfillment in God's service.
