EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR -

Responsibilities of this position include the oversight of
a retail thrift store; warehouse, and a recycling program; a day shelter for
the homeless; a parenting ministry; and a community garden. The Executive
Director reports to a Board of Directors and oversees 30-35 employees.
Requirements for the position include 3 years experience in social services
or related ministry and 1 to 2 years in retail sales. Hope Outreach is a
Christian ministry whose purpose is to empower all through the grace and
mercy of Christ; therefore, the Director must be a professed Christian with
a recommendation from a pastor or ordained minister. The Board seeks a
person of integrity and compassion, who can provide leadership and vision
for the organization, its ministry to others and the Enid community. Salary
is based on experience and qualifications. Interested applicants may submit

Recycling
No experience necessary. Salary is based on experience. Must be willing to work Saturdays
and have fun.
Warehouse/Product
Processors -
Openings for qualified people who like to work
with STUFF! We have lots of treasures that need to be sorted and evaluated
for pricing.
Groundskeeper
Faith Farm assistant to tend to the garden, help harvest and maintain garden
beds. Self-motivated with references would be helpful. Duties require
bending over and lifting over 50lbs.
Full or part-time.
Cashiers -
Need honest and
friendly faces to operate the cash register at our busy thrift store.
Customer service experience is helpful. Church
referrals and affiliations are certainly a plus. Great position to represent
Hope and witness the word of God in action to people in a hurry. Full or
part-time
We're always looking for qualified people with talent and the heart for
ministry. As in all businesses, an occasional hiring freeze will go in
effect. However, that is not to say your resume and calling will never be

Hope
Outreach was incorporated as a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit charitable
community service organization in July of 1991. It was established by a few
citizens who funded it out of their own pockets to meet the urgent needs and
to help those who have mismanaged their lives.
